Please ensure that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before booking. By booking a service you are agreeing that you have read, understood and will adhere to them.
Children are welcome (social distancing permitting) and are encouraged to join in but are the responsibility of the adult that they are with at all times. If they are disruptive or if any dogs in the class are worried by their presence, then you may be asked to leave.
All dogs in group classes / workshops / events must be comfortable around other dogs and people. If your dog struggles around dogs or people, or is reactive to dogs or people, then please get in touch with us to discuss the best training option for your dog.
Dogs must be kept on lead at all times unless specifically instructed otherwise by your trainer as part of the training session.
Lots of dogs require space. Please do not allow your dog to approach other dogs unless specifically instructed otherwise by your trainer as part of the training session. If your dog, or another dog, is barking or pulling to get to another dog, then please increase the distance between you and the other dog.
Please pick up all poo and take it with you to dispose of.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and time of year if your classes are outdoors. Classes will continue regardless of weather as long as it is safe to do so and no refunds will be given if you choose not to attend.
Should social distancing guidance be such that in person classes are not possible, all classes will automatically move to Zoom. If you don’t have access to Zoom due to lack of internet signal or use of hardware then it is your responsibility to let me know prior to booking your class / session / course so that mutually convenient alternatives can be agreed.
In the event that your dog is unwell with an infectious disease please do not attend training as you are putting the other dogs at risk. If in doubt please contact your vet for advice.
At all of our venues and public car parks cars are parked at their owner’s risk. We do not accept any responsibility for theft or damage to cars or property whilst at training.
All appointments must be paid in full within 48 hours of booking, or immediately for bookings made less than 5 days in advance;
Cancellations made two calendar day prior to appointment will incur the full fee;
Cancellations made more than two calendar days prior to booking will be rearranged for a mutually convenient time
All credit must be used within 3 months of payment date
No refunds will be given for any missed group classes. Missed classes may not be taken at a later date.
Refunds will be at the discretion of Love Your Paws
All customers details are kept in confidence and not passed on to any 3rd parties for any reason. Email addresses are used to keep customers up to date with current bookings and to occasionally inform you of upcoming services and information that may be of interest to you. If you would no longer like to receive emails from Love Your Paws please let us know.
We will not take any responsibility for misinterpretation of advice. Many external factors influence behaviours and we cannot guarantee our training advice will be successful without controlling of these other factors.
We recommend that all dog guardians have pet insurance including third party liability cover.
We reserve the right to cancel training sessions (groups classes, training walks, 121s and workshops) at our discretion. In the unlikely event that we need to do so you will be offered a replacement date. If we cannot reschedule to a date that is convenient to you a full refund will be offered. Sessions may be cancelled due to emergency, illness or adverse weather conditions.
Social distancing must be adhered to at all times.
PPE relevant to the location of your classes and current guidelines must be observed.
Owners must supply all of their own equipment, treats etc.
Should you, or any member of your household display symptoms of COVID-19 you must advise me ASAP. Should this situation occur sessions may be rebooked following a period of self -isolation that is in line with current government guidelines.
Photographs, video or digital recordings are taken of dogs in training for, among other things, use in advertising by Love Your Paws. You (the client) acknowledge that all such images are the property of Love Your Paws and give consent, without compensation, to use, reproduce, and alter the images, in print and electronic format (including the internet), either alone or in combination with other texts and graphics. No photos with children in them will be used without the express consent of their parent / guardian.
